Withdrawal from studies

Withdrawal from studies is when you leave your programme or course completely. Your programme or course registration will be removed. Credits already earned will remain in the Ladok system.

If you withdraw from a freestanding course within the first 21 days, the withdrawal will be considered "early". If you decide to withdraw early, you can re-apply for the course on universityadmissions.se. If you withdraw after 21 days, you cannot.

If you have previously withdrawn and wish to re-enrol, please contact the faculty offering the programme or course to find out what your options are.

You must log in to submit a notification of withdrawal. When you log in, the first thing you need to do is enter your computer ID followed by @mau.se. Then use your computer ID and password to log in as usual.
